How do I choose a file on the Windows Mobile device?
My Mac registration number is not working on the Windows Mobile device.

1. I've synced and my data isn't on the device!

PasswordWallet for Windows Mobile reads and writes PasswordWallet files. The exact same files you have on your Mac.

Be sure to select which wallet file you want to open on the device from the "Options" menu available from the startup screen in PasswordWallet. From this Select file screen you can also choose to make the selected file the default file that will be accessed the next time you run PasswordWallet for Windows Mobile. The default file is "MyWallet".

2. How do I choose a file on the Windows Mobile device?

From the "Options" menu, choose "Select wallet...". From this screen you can choose to open any of the files currently on your device.

3. My Mac registration number is not working on the Windows Mobile device.

This is correct. The Mac and Windows Mobile versions of PasswordWallet are sold separately.
