1. I can't find the "S3 Register Products" program anywhere. Where is it, or how do I get it?

S3 Register Products should be installed on your hard drive with the program you downloaded. To locate it, do a "Find" for "Register" on your hard drive. If it doesn't turn up, you can simply download your product again from this web site.

You may also find registration options within the application. For example, PasswordWallet has a "Register" menu item under the "PasswordWallet" menu.

2. Are upgrades free?

Unless otherwise specified, upgrades from older versions of our software to the latest release are free. For software that is not a free upgrade, registered users will receive an upgrade offer via e-mail.

3. How do I install an upgrade?

Installing an upgrade is easy. Simply download the most recent version of the software you are upgrading and follow the installation instructions. Just replace the old parts of the software with the new parts.

We do not provide "patches" or special "upgrade" installers.

4. Where do I register, or pay for a registration number?

Registration numbers for all of our products may be purchased from our purchase page. Start now, and you'll receive a registration number via e-mail in just a few minutes.

5. I purchased a registration number, followed all the directions in the e-mail, and S3 Register Products says "the registration code you have entered is invalid." What's going on here?

Please double check the following:

  1. You have copied the registration number from the e-mail we sent you and pasted it into the S3 Register Products program.
  2. You have selected the correct product from the "Products" Pop-Up menu within the S3 Register Products program.
6. How do I register my Selznick Scientific Software Product?

Selznick Scientific Software products are shareware. This means their functionality expires within a predefined period. Registration numbers to re-enable your products can be purchased on-line via our Purchase Page. Follow the instructions on this page to complete the registration process.

7. I registered on-line but didn't receive a registration number in e-mail! What's going on?

This is sometimes due to an incorrect e-mail address entered at the time of registration or an overly aggressive spam filter. Please send an e-mail to our support address, and we'll do our best to get your registration code to you. Please be patient though. We're not as efficient as our computers.

8. I'm having problems after registering, but I don't see my question here.

Please check FAQ pages for specific products. Sometimes they have answers too! Thanks!

9. I just registered, please send me my registration code!

Your registration code should arrive via e-mail with three minutes of completing your purchase. Please wait the three minutes. If you've waited the three minutes and you still haven't received your code, please let us know! Thanks!

10. I really don't want to submit my personal information on-line. I mean really. Is there another way to pay?

Sure. Please send all of the following items to the address below. Do not send institutional invoices to this address.

  1. Your name.
  2. Your correct e-mail address.
  3. Your mailing address.
  4. A cashiers check or money order for payment payable in US dollars.
